Important Information / Terms & Conditions

1. Please complete order form very carefully, making sure to give FULL delivery address & telephone number where possible.
   
   
2. To guarantee same day delivery in Tralee, Ireland and the UK all orders must be received by 12 noon GMT. We require 48 hours for delivery overseas.
   
   
3. We deliver throughout Tralee town and its local surrounding area. All illustrated prices on this website are inclusive of local delivery in Tralee town only. Delivery charges to out of Tralee town areas, Ireland and Overseas are additional. Please see our Location Map to view our delivery area.
   
   
4. Should a query necessitate us not being able to process your order, we will notify you ( usually by email ). Upon reply to the query we will deliver your order.
   
   
5. All products are subject to availability, due to the seasonality of some type of flowers we may need to substitute flowers from time to time. However we will notify you of same before proceeding with your order.
   
   
6. Please note some flowers may still be in bud form so as to enhance the longevity of the flowers to the recipient.
   
   
7. For overseas orders not including Tralee, Ireland and the UK, it is not always possible to get the exact order requirement you may choose, due to different cultures, variety of flowers available etc, however we will endeavour to make it similiar to your requirements.
   
   
8. Forget Me Not Florists are members of the Interflora Relay Organisation - who are associated to FTD in the US and Fleurop in Europe. Therefore we are in a position to send flowers practically anywhere in the world.
   
   
9. All the prices are inclusive of delivery - however where the delivery address is somewhat remote we may make ( or the executing florist ) an extra delivery charge because of the distance involved. We will advise you of any such charge - normally by email - before transmitting the order and charging your credit card account.
   
   
10. All Interflora orders will incur an additional relay charge of EUR 7.50.(Except Tralee). These are available for delivery in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom only. Europe, USA, Canada and most countries the relay charge is EUR 11.45 ( where Interflora services are available).
    
    
11. All Interflora orders carry the 'Interflora Guarantee of Satisfaction'.
    
    
12. Please note for festivity events such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day or Easter, all items on display can be incorporated around the festive theme of flower selection and presentation.
