One of the attributes to our success is our continuous investment in research, development and training.
Our attention to detail has made us blossom! Mary Ennis - professional background - I undertook my floristry training at the world famous Constance Spry Flower School in London and at Dyffrn College in Wales. Elisa Ennis (NDSF FSF) - professional background - I undertook my floristry training at the Welsh College of Horticulture and obtained the BTEC National Diploma in floristry with Interior Plant Display. In 1999 I achieved the ultimate goal of any florist, that is obtaining my National Diploma of Society of Floristry. We both have undertaken all our Interflora exams and continue to add to our qualifications by attending various design schools at home and abroad. |

Tony Ennis - Quality of Service Guarantee While Mary and Elisa are involved in the floral design side of the business, I am involved in developing and in enhancing our product and quality of service, something we have been thriving to do over our 20 years in business. To maintain such a high standard to our product and service, we import our flowers direct from the markets in Holland. This consistently enables us to guarantee the freshest, most extensive range of top quality flowers to our customers. We also receive fresh flowers daily from all the leading fresh flower suppliers in our area. All flowers need to be conditioned and stored to the correct temperature standards. It is for this reason, that a lot of research and investment at home and abroad, went into the design and implementation of our custom built cool room and conditioning machines. Our customers receive the freshest top quality flowers that are guaranteed to last longer. All floral designs go out with a flower and plant care guide. |

The delivery of our flowers is as important as the presentation of the flowers themselves. We take great pride in our uniquely designed van. We wanted a vehicle that would enhance the excitement, embarrassment and suspense of the receiver and those that take part in the occasion. We know that we have accomplished this every time it pulls up outside a house or workplace. |
